Few artists in music history can pull off the same outfit for 30 years, Madonna certainly couldn’t. With his signature hat and black mop of long curls Slash has done it, and done it well. Since first emerging with Guns N’ Roses, Slash has been one of the world’s most sought after guitarists. He owned the MTV Classic launch last week in Melbourne as guest of honour and on the back of that and his impending solo album he’s announced a highly anticipated Aussie tour which see’s him treating Sydney audiences to an intimate gig of super-massive proportions at The Enmore August 16. God I love Slash, he makes me wanna buy leather pants swear a the tops of my lungs, no-one else has that effect (thankfully)…
